Dr. Schlimgen received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of WI - Madison. She has certification in both Pediatric and Neonatal life support.
As the founder of OakLeaf Pediatrics, Dr. Schlimgen offers over 16 years of experience caring for children. She has enjoyed watching her patients grow up in her care. She can relate to the demands of career and motherhood, with two children of her own.

Brent Jensen, M.D.
Dr. Jensen received his medical degree and his residency from the University of WI School of Medicine and is board certified in pediatrics.
Dr. Jensen was born at Sacred Heart Hospital and grew up in Chippewa Falls. Now, he's coming full circle to provide care for the children in the community he's always called home.
His goal is to put as much heart as parents do into helping their children grow strong and healthy. Most of all, he'll provide parents and their children with all the guidance and care they need throughout the important growing years.
Nichole Marty, FNP-BC
Nichole Marty is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and her graduate training at Graceland University in Missouri. Nichole was born and raised in Eau Claire, and enjoys caring for patients in the community she grew up in.
Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex health care problems beginning in childhood and continuing into young adulthood. She enjoys working with patients and their families to help children achieve optimal physical, social, and emotional health.
Clinic Staff
Sandy – Registered Nurse
Sandy is the registered nurse at OakLeaf Pediatrics. She has worked here since May of 2000. She has enjoyed working with the families here, and she hopes for many more years of watching the children in our practice grow up. She has a husband and two children of her own.
Sandy lives on a hobby farm near Foster, and spends much of her spare time gardening, caring for animals, watching sports and quilting.
Sally - Office Manager
Sally has been working at OakLeaf pediatrics since 1998. Sally has always enjoyed working with children of all ages. She likes working in a small office where she can get to know patients and their families by name.
Sally has three grown children of her own and three wonderful grandchildren! In her spare time, she enjoys going to the lake with her family and friends.
Pa - Medical Assistant
Pa did her Medical Assistant internship at OakLeaf Pediatrics in April of 2009. She started working as an “official” OakLeaf Pediatrics employee as of July, 2009. She enjoys working with children of all ages, as well as the three providers here.
Pa is a mother of two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys watching TV and doing outdoor activities with her family.
Gareth - Medical Assistant
Gareth is a certified medical assistant and has worked at OakLeaf Pediatrics since May of 2011. He likes working with patients and their families, and has enjoyed getting to know them.
Gareth has a younger brother and sister that he likes spending time with.
Carrie - Receptionist
Carrie joined the OakLeaf Pediatrics team in 2012. She really enjoys being able to work with children and their families.
Carrie moved to the Eau Claire area in 1997. She has three children and two dogs. In her spare time, she likes to crochet and do craft projects.
